Scholarship by Women Techmaker
It’s one of those scholarships for women being sponsored by Google. All women must demonstrate excellent academic background and leadership to be eligible. And you must be willing to study computer science and technology and serve as patrons in this area.
All applicants must be pursing an undergraduate or master degree program in computer engineering, computer science or closely related fields. Recipients are given $5,000 CAD/$10,000 USD and its deadline may varies.
Scholarship by Delta Kappa Gamma
This award is given to women who reside in Hawaii. And must be pursuing a career in teaching and demonstrate financial need to be eligible. You must be registered in approved, four-year colleges and major in education. To continue enjoying this award you must maintain a GPA of 2.7 and above as a junior, senior or graduate students. Its award and deadline varies.
Scholarship for Women in Engineering
Women who are pursuing ABET-authorized undergraduate or graduate programs in U.S. are eligible for the scholarship. And you must be preparing for careers in engineering and computer science. Recipients are given $1,000-$15,000 and its deadline varies. It’s renewable.
Scholarship by Selected Professions
To be eligible, you must be a woman pursuing a full time master program in engineering and three other subject areas. Women must not be majority in these programs to be selected for the award. An amount of $5,000-$18,000 is usually given and its deadline is Dec. 1.
Scholarship by National Physical Science Consortium
The National Physical Science Consortium offers women scholarship to pursue graduate program in engineering or related areas. Their main aim is to increase female participation in this program. It is an employer-sponsored scholarship and students are given $26,000. Its deadline varies.
Scholarship by Leo W and Thomas Utz
This scholarship is awarded by the Daughters of the American Revolution. And each three recipient is given $4,000 to study a four year program in the field of Math, English, and Science. You must maintain a GPA of 3.25 to continue enjoying this scholarship. Its deadline is by July 10.
