How to Get a 4.0 GPA When Taking an Online Course

7. Always read your professor’s feedback

As a student, making mistakes is common. You can only know these mistakes by reading your professor’s feedback. After knowing your mistakes, avoid repeating them. Your professors write feedback only because they want to help you succeed in your online course. Remember, if you make one mistake twice or thrice, they will know that you don’t take their feedback seriously and will grade you harshly. To increase your chances of getting a 4.0 GPA, you should never assume your professor’s feedback.

8. Avoid plagiarism

How to Avoid Plagiarism in Research Paper - Research Brains

As an online student, you have to stay away from Course Hero. It might be tempting to copy or see examples of similar assignments on this site, but that is the worst thing to do in your academic career. Your professors are using Turnitin to check for plagiarism in every paper that you submit. Editing someone else’s work does not make it yours, and that is plagiarism if you fail to cite the source. Apart from failing your exams, copying other people’s work will increase your chances of being kicked out of your class. Staying away from plagiarism will help you avoid suspension and also increase your chances of getting a 4.0 GPA. Just avoid fooling your tutors.
